CG Retail Shelves(CGRS) Dataset Terms of Use These CG Retail Shelves(CGRS) Dataset Terms of Use (“Terms”) shall govern any use of the CG Retail Shelves(CGRS) Dataset (“Dataset”) by you as individual or a legal entity (“You”). By using the Dataset, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not accept and/or comply with these Terms, You are not entitled to use the Dataset. 1. The Dataset is available for non-commercial, academic research for data analysis (“Purposes”). Licensors hereby grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dataset solely for such purposes. 2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit any portion of the Dataset and any portion of derived data (including machine-learning models trained using the Dataset) for commercial purposes. 3. You agree not to further copy, publish or distribute any portion of the Dataset. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may share the Dataset to the extent necessary (i)for internal use within the same organization, or (ii) for collaboration with external parties to carry out the Purposes, provided that You are responsible for any breach of this Terms of Use by such recipient of the Dataset. 4. Licensors do not grant title or ownership in the Dataset. All rights in the Dataset not expressly granted herein are reserved by Licensors and their licensors. 5. Some of the images included in the Dataset may depict intellectual property of third parties including any copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, or any other proprietary right throughout the world that may apply (“Depicted Intellectual Property”). Licensors do not own or license any Depicted Intellectual Property and do not in any way make any representations or warranties about Depicted Intellectual Property associated with the Dataset. You are solely responsible for determining the need for and, if appropriate, obtaining any needed clearance, consent, or release to use any Depicted Intellectual Property. 6. THE DATASET IS PROVIDED BY LICENSORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
